1. Ordering with Lovely Roses
By placing an order with Lovely Roses, either in store, on the phone or via our website at
www.lovelyroses.ae (further referred to as “the website”) you are agreeing to the following terms and
conditions.
1.1 Ordering Online with Lovely Roses
We accept online payments using all major credit and debit cards (Visa and MasterCard).
You will be provided with the steps to navigate the order and payment process and will be required to
provide us with your details, delivery address, together with contact details for the recipient.
By clicking the ‘Pay Now’ button at the end of the order process, you agree to our terms and conditions.
Once the order is received and accepted from our side, we will send an email confirmation to the email
address you have provided.
2. Prices
Stated product prices exclude Lovely Roses delivery charges.
Please note that from time to time, product and delivery prices may vary from those offered in a Lovely
Roses boutique or via telephone or WhatsApp.

4. Changes to Your Online Order
If you wish to change or amend your order, please contact us. Please note that changes to your order, such
as change of delivery address or card message must be made at least one hour before the delivery is due to
take place. This will ensure that we have time to amend the order prior to dispatch. We usually start
processing same-day orders within one hour of order confirmation; therefore, please contact us within this
time period if you wish to change your order. When working with fresh flower products, once your floral
arrangement has been created, we will unfortunately not be able to amend or cancel the order.
Once your order is being processed, cancellation of your order is possible only in exceptional
circumstances and is entirely at our discretion. If you cancel your order within the aforementioned time
period, we are happy to provide you with a credit note valid until the end of the calendar year; there will
be no cash refunds.

5. Deliveries
5.1 Delivery Details
Prior to dispatch, we will attempt to contact the recipient informing them to expect the receipt of our
delivery. We will try to ensure that your order is delivered to the recipient’s address that you have
provided. However, there are times when this is not possible due to problems with the address provided or
due to problems our drivers may encounter when attempting to deliver the order. It is therefore very
important that you ensure that the address of the recipient you provide is accurate, and that you give us
additional instructions to assist our drivers to locate difficult-to-find addresses. We cannot be held
responsible for non-deliveries in case of invalid or outdated delivery addresses provided by the client;
re-deliveries in such cases are subject to an additional delivery charge.
5.2 Deliveries to Offices or Other Commercial Establishments
When delivering to offices, internal distribution stations, receptions, etc. we will always ask the person
accepting the flowers to sign a proof of delivery. Upon receipt of this proof, the order is deemed to have
been executed and Lovely Roses cannot be held liable for any delays or damages that may occur with the
product from this point onwards.
If a delivery is rejected by the recipient, the recipient is not home or not available (e.g. in hospital), your
order will be taken back to our store. We will then contact you, and you have the option of either
collecting the order from our store or you can arrange a redelivery of the order. This will be subject to an
additional delivery charge.
5.3 Delivery Instructions
When you leave any delivery instructions with us, we will do our best to follow them (e.g. if the recipient
is not in please leave roses with a neighbor). Once delivered and signed for, Lovely Roses cannot be held
liable for the order from this point onwards.
5.4 Web Shop Orders
All above points also apply to Online Orders.
In addition, the following applies to Online Orders:
The confirmation email that is sent on completion of your order contains all the key information about
your order. It is very important that you check this to ensure no errors have been made. Should there be
any expected delay of more than one hour, we will inform you before your order leaves the shop.
6. Availability of Products
If you require further information about specific products before submitting your online flower delivery
order, please contact our team.
All floral products are subject to availability. In the event of unavailability of a product, we reserve the
right to substitute it with a product of equivalent value and quality, without prior notice.
In the event that we are unable to supply all or part of your order (the product or any substitute product to
you at all) we will contact you as soon as possible to offer alternatives. If you are unhappy with the
alternatives offered, you can cancel your order and receive a credit note for the amount paid.
As every Lovely Roses arrangement is freshly made, we hope you understand that as soon as an order has
been accepted by the recipient, it can no longer be exchanged.
7. Delivery Failure and Refunds
Although we do our best to ensure that this does not happen, on very rare occasions, a delivery may fail to
arrive at its destination due to an unforeseen delivery issue, or may arrive damaged. If the recipient fails
to receive any roses, or receives damaged roses, please contact us immediately so that we can arrange a
re-delivery as soon as possible.
We always use roses of the highest quality, purchased directly from the farms, from where they are
shipped straight to us. Throughout this period they are constantly chilled and kept under optimum
conditions until they leave our shop.
If your roses are cared for correctly they should last for five days from the time of delivery.
However, as our roses are a natural product, some may perish faster than others. In the rare case that this
occurs we offer compensation at our own discretion. The damaged roses must be brought back to our
shop or must be ready to be collected by our driver upon delivery of the compensation roses.
If you are unsatisfied with any of our floral services or would like to raise a concern, please let us know
and we will do our best to resolve the matter. Due to the perishable nature of the products, we would
kindly ask that you reach out to us within one hour of receiving the flower delivery in case of
quality-related concerns.
8. Personal Information
To ensure that we can communicate effectively with both customers and recipients, it is very important
that you provide us with accurate contact information. We will never share your identity with the
recipient, even if they request this information.
Please note that we value your privacy and will never disclose or sell your private information.
9. Changes to Orders in Exceptionally Busy Periods
(Holidays, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day)
During exceptionally busy periods we may apply order deadlines. Additional orders or changes to orders
after the order deadline cannot be guaranteed and will be dealt with at our discretion and on a case by case
basis.
10. Testimonials
We reserve the right to display customer testimonials on our website. These will not bear the name nor
any marks of identification such as special dates, pictures or footage related to the origin of the message.
11. Copyright and Trademarks
All rights, including copyright, in the website are owned by Lovely Roses. Any use of this website or its
contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal,
non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of Lovely Roses. You may not modify,
distribute or repost something on this website for any reason.
12. Corporate / Account Customers
Lovely Roses may provide account or credit facilities for corporate clients ‘subject to satisfactory credit
references, and invoice these parties after the delivery / event has taken place. Payment terms are 30 days,
starting on the last day of the month in which the order has been delivered. Payments can be made either
via bank transfer, cheque or credit card.
The above Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy are part of any contract or legally binding
agreement between Lovely Roses and any third party.
13. Disclaimer
Whilst we agree to use all reasonable endeavors to ensure that the website and/or the Lovely Roses
boutique is fully operational and free of errors, we cannot guarantee this. Therefore, we accept no
responsibility for any defects and/or interruption of the website and/or the Lovely Roses online flower
delivery service. We shall be released from our obligations under these Terms and Conditions in the event
of any cause beyond our reasonable control, which renders the provision of the website and/or the Lovely
Roses service impossible or impractical.
14. General
We reserve the right to supplement and amend the Terms and Conditions on which you are permitted
access to the website and/or the Lovely Roses online flower delivery service from time to time. We will
post any changes on the site and it is your responsibility as a customer to review the Terms and
Conditions on each occasion you access the Lovely Roses boutique or website.
Additionally, we reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate access to the website and/or the Lovely
Roses online flower delivery services for any reason at any time.
These Terms and Conditions are deemed to include all other notices, policies, disclaimers and other terms
contained in the website, provided that in the event of a conflict between any such other notices, policies,
disclaimers and other terms, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
If any of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall
remain in full force and effect.

The following Terms of Use Policy applies to anyone accessing or posting to Lovely Roses social media

By posting to a Lovely Roses social media site, you agree to be solely responsible for the content of all
information you contribute, link to or otherwise upload.
You agree that everything you post shall be truthful, accurate, not misleading and offered in good faith
and that you have the right to post such content.
You agree not to post any of the following:
● False, misleading or deceptive comments
● Materials that contain confidential material or violate a third party’s right of privacy
● Any photos or comments that include or depict profanity, pornography, threats, hate speech, incite
violence, personal attacks, illegal statements or unsafe practices
● Content attempting to impersonate someone else including, but not limited to, customers, clients,
Lovely Roses employees, member florists, suppliers, partners or other community members.
● Unauthorized commercial communications (spam).
● Viruses or other malicious codes
● By posting to a Lovely Roses social media site, you agree to be respectful to other community
members as well as the Lovely Roses community management team.
15.2 Content and Copyright
Lovely Roses assumes no liability for errors or omissions in any material on Lovely Roses social media
sites.
For any content you post on Lovely Roses social media sites, you warrant that it is your own original
work or if it is covered by intellectual property rights owned by third parties, you represent and warrant
that you have obtained all rights to that third party content and specifically grant to Lovely Roses a
worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free and fully-paid, transferable right and license to exercise all
copyright, publicity, moral rights and any other IP rights with respect to any such content you provide.
15.3 Social Media Complaints
We welcome feedback about our floral products and flower delivery services. If you contact us about a
complaint on Lovely Roses social media sites, a member of our team will respond to you and aim to
resolve your complaint in a timely manner in accordance with Lovely Roses Customer Services Policy.
Lovely Roses has a zero-tolerance approach to customers who use abusive or threatening language and
will take action to protect our customer service team including removing offensive posts and reporting the
user to the appropriate social media platforms and, if deemed necessary, the police.
